As a sports and media journalist intern, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the dynamic world of sports reporting and storytelling. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in various aspects of journalism, from conducting interviews and covering live events to crafting engaging articles and utilizing social media for outreach.
- Attended and covered play by plays for all home football games
- Attended and covered play by plays for home baseball games
- Interviewed high school football recruits after football games, during their weekend visits, and during the off-season
- Wrote in-season and off-season articles dealing with recruiting and the current football team
- Attended high school football camps that have current Florida Gator prospects
- Attended multiple Florida Gator football camps held on campus
- Attended Florida Gator football practice during both the spring and the fall
- Attended post-game conferences
